Muay Thai (Beginners Course)

This is for the newbies! Learn all of the core fundamentals of Muay Thai in a safe, fun environment. We will run through all of the basics to help you progress to the All Levels class.

Muay Thai (All Levels)

A traditional Thai boxing class for all ages and skill levels. You can expect a high intensity workout with skipping, shadow boxing, combinations, bag work, partner drills, pad work, clinching, ab work and conditioning. Learn the art of 8 limbs in a fun and controlled environment.

Clinching & Sparring

Our clinching and sparring class is designed to take your skills to the next level. With expert instruction and challenging drills, you'll learn how to effectively clinch and grapple with your partner, as well as hone your sparring techniques. Build strength, agility, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

Muay Thai (All Levels)
Pad work

Our Muay Thai pad work class is an intense and rewarding workout. Learn proper technique and build strength and conditioning while unleashing your power on the pads. All levels welcome.

Muay Thai For Fitness

Our Muay Thai fitness class is a fun and challenging way to get in shape. Burn calories, tone your muscles, and improve your cardiovascular health by combining basic Muay Thai techniques with high-intensity workout.

Muay Thai (Kids) 4-7 years

Start them young! This is a great traditional Thai boxing class for kids aged 4-7 years. Your kids will learn discipline and respect and in the classes we will run them through the basics and get them on the bag to practice their kicks, punches, knees and elbows. We also run games to keep it fun for the kids.

Muay Thai (Teens) 8-14 years

Introduce your teens aged 8-14 to the world of traditional Thai boxing with our expertly designed class. This class focuses on instilling discipline and respect while teaching the basics. Your kids will learn bag work, kicks, punches, knees and elbows.

Muay Thai Sparring drills

Improve your sparring skills in a controlled environment. You will need 16oz gloves, shin pads, mouth guard and groin guard to participate in our sparring sessions.

BJJ (No Gi)

BJJ No-Gi, Submission wrestling and Grappling - all rolled into one. This class is taught from the fundamentals to advanced. Perfect for all levels and anyone looking to get a start in Brazilian Jiujitsu.
